  How the Partnership Works

  You are the Rabb al-Mal (capital provider) while participating farmers serve as the Mudarib (working partner), managing cultivation and operational activities throughout the crop cycle, with WeGro playing the role of Fund Manager (Wakil).

  Funds will be utilized to facilitate farming operations, including land preparation, labor management, crop protection, irrigation, etc. by the farmer. Where profits generated from the sale of harvested paddy will be distributed among farmers, investors & WeGro according to agreed Shariah-compliant principles. In line with Mudarabah guidelines, business losses resulting from genuine agricultural risks, natural calamities & occurrences outside the control of the farmer are borne by the capital providers, while farmers remain responsible in cases of proven negligence.
