The Exclusive Fish Farming project focuses on short-cycle species such as tilapia or pangash, which grow rapidly and produce high returns within 90 days. WeGro provides farmers with high-quality fingerlings, protein-rich feed, and pond management inputs. Only verified, experienced farmers with well-maintained ponds are selected to ensure consistent performance.

Throughout the 3-month cycle, Field Officers (FOs) conduct regular pond visits to check water quality, oxygen levels, pH balance, and feed schedules. Growth data and mortality rates are logged into WeGro’s monitoring system daily. At harvest, fish are sold to local wholesalers or contracted buyers, and the investor receives one consolidated payout.
