The Agricultural Input - 12 project is designed to support farmers by financing essential agricultural inputs such as high-quality seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, irrigation materials, and soil enhancers. Instead of providing cash directly to farmers, WeGro procures and delivers the required inputs, ensuring consistent quality, proper utilization, and alignment with seasonal agricultural requirements. This approach reduces farmers' upfront financial burden and enables them to focus on efficient cultivation while following recommended agricultural practices.
The project follows a 5-month operational model, covering input procurement, distribution, crop cultivation, monitoring, and final settlement. Throughout the project tenure, WeGro's Field Officers (FOs) regularly monitor field conditions, verify input utilization, and document cultivation progress. All relevant field data, including photographs, crop growth updates, and necessary intervention records, are maintained in WeGro's internal system to ensure transparency and effective risk management.
Unlike installment-based projects, Agricultural Input - 12 follows a single maturity-based return structure, where investors receive their invested capital along with the applicable profit at the end of the 5-month project tenure. By combining direct input management, continuous field supervision, and a structured settlement process, the project aims to create a sustainable agricultural financing opportunity while maintaining operational transparency and disciplined fund management.
