This long-term Organic Fertilizer project supports multiple production cycles of vermicompost and bio-fertilizer over a 15-month period. The project finances raw materials, composting operations, curing processes, and packaging for several batches of high-quality organic fertilizer. Demand for organic fertilizer has risen significantly due to increased awareness of soil health and government support for sustainable agriculture.

During the 15-month period, WeGro Field Officers (FOs) supervise multiple production cycles, each lasting approximately 3 months. They monitor composting, turning schedules, microbial balance, and curing progress. Batch-level documentation is stored in WeGro’s system for transparency. Investors receive 5 installments—one after each 3-month production cycle—reflecting earnings from every production batch.
