WeGro does not control the content or links on these external sites and is not accountable for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our platform. It’s important to note that these external sites or services, along with their content and links, may undergo frequent changes. They may also have their own privacy policies and customer service guidelines. Users should be aware that browsing and engaging with any external website, including those linked to WeGro, is subject to the terms and policies of that specific website.

We may disclose Personally Identifiable Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the requirements of the law or comply with the legal process served on us, or (b) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of the users of our service To the extent practicable and legally permitted, we will advise you before any such disclosure so that you may seek a protective order or other relief limiting such disclosure.

We will retain the information until the user requests to remove their data from the platform(s) or as needed to provide you with our services or comply with our legal and statutory obligations.
